Prime Time S Air – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Nationwide Plans LTD.
“You” / “Your” refers to the customer named in the service agreement.
“Equipment” refers to the air conditioning system covered under this plan.
“Manufacturer Warranty” refers to the original warranty issued by the system manufacturer. 

2. Eligibility & Plan Scope

2.1. This plan is available only for residential air conditioning systems: 

• Installed by Prime Time Boilers  

• Still under active manufacturer warranty 

• Located within our active service areas 

2.2. Coverage applies to wall-mounted split systems with up to 2 indoor units. Additional indoor units may be added for a monthly fee of £3 per unit. 

3. Services Included

3.1. One full annual air conditioning service per 12-month period.
3.2. A 12-point maintenance checklist will be carried out on all covered units (indoor and outdoor).
3.3. All labour relating to the annual service is included.
3.4. Priority call-out booking for warranty-related issues.
3.5. Manufacturer support: we will liaise directly with the equipment manufacturer on your behalf if a covered fault is identified. 

4. Exclusions

This plan does not cover: 

• Equipment not installed by us or not under active manufacturer warranty 

• Repairs not authorised under the manufacturer’s warranty 

• Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence 

• Loss or damage caused by third-party works 

• Replacement of components not deemed faulty 

• Electrical or structural issues outside of the air conditioning system 

• Any works required due to improper access, lack of ventilation, or non-maintenance 

5. Filter Replacement

5.1. Air filters will be cleaned as standard during servicing.
5.2. If replacement is required, we will offer a compatible filter at cost price. Labour for fitting is included.
5.3. Optional filter upgrades (e.g. carbon or anti-allergen) are available on request and billed separately. 

6. Access

6.1. You are responsible for ensuring safe, clear access to the equipment.
6.2. If access is not possible at the time of appointment, a missed visit charge of £49 may apply.
6.3. We reserve the right to reschedule services where access or safety is compromised. 

7. Duration & Renewal

7.1. This plan has a 12-month minimum term.
7.2. It will automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice before the renewal date.
7.3. Early cancellation within the first 12 months will result in a charge equivalent to the remaining plan balance. 

8. Payment

8.1. Payments must be made monthly by Direct Debit.
8.2. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service or cancellation of the plan.
8.3. We reserve the right to revise pricing on renewal with 30 days’ written notice. 

9. Changes to the Plan

9.1. We reserve the right to amend the scope of this plan or its pricing at renewal.
9.2. Any mid-term changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance. 

10. Complaints & Disputes

10.1. Any complaints should be made in writing to Nationwide Plans LTD.
10.2. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, it will be referred to an independent third-party arbitrator.
