Combi

(Boiler Only)

Traditionally, Combi boilers are more suitable for small to medium sized properties. They provide mains pressure hot water on demand with no need for a cylinder or expansion tank. The reason that these are more suitable for smaller homes, is because, the water does not have a very far travel through the pipes, until it reaches the tap or shower head that it is going to.

Combi’s are full package in one small, compact system which supplies heat to your central heating system and taps and showers.

System

(Boiler + Cylinder)

System boilers are most ideal for homes with more than one bathroom, and are able to supply hot water, instantly, to a number of taps at any given time.

The difference with a system boiler, is that they require a cylinder to store hot water, but do not need a feed or expansion tank. This means that they are ideal for larger properties that have little to no loft space.

Heat Only

(Boiler + Cylinder + Water Feed Tanks)

Heat Only boilers are suited to larger homes with multiple bathrooms, or ones that do not have big demand for hot water at once.

These are often referred to as traditional boilers, and they work with a separate hot water cylinder which is usually found in an ‘airing cupboard’, and a feed tank often situated in the loft. Therefore, these systems are ideal for homes with an existing Heat Only boiler.

Range

The Logic Max Heat comes with a 10 year parts and labour warranty and is compatible with a wide range of cylinders! This boiler is perfect for replacing your old, traditional boiler.
